Lesson / Workout Details

All lessons / workouts will take place at The Nehemiah Project (old Wright Elementary Building)
1809 11th Street
Altoona, Pa 16601
Basketball 1 on 1 Individual Lessons / Workouts
* One hour long - once per week
* Detailed, age appropriate fundamental work (ball handling, scoring moves, finishing around the rim with contact, stationary and movement shooting, getting open off screens, etc.)
* Any personal skill development or areas of the game that the individual or family would like to improve
Basketball Small Group Lessons / Workouts
* One hour long - once per week; 4 - 6 athletes
* Open Gym style workout
* Detailed, age appropriate fundamental work (ball handling, scoring moves, finishing around the rim with contact, stationary and movement shooting, getting open off screens, etc.)
Baseball 1 on 1 Individual Lessons / Workouts
* One hour long - once per week
* 30 mins hitting / 30 mins defense (breakdown variation can change based on individual preference)
* Defensive work can be position specific, or numerous positions if so desired
* Hitting work will entail age appropriate breakdown drills, and anything specific the individual wants to work on
Baseball Small Group Lessons / Workouts
One hour long - once per week; 2 athletes
* 40 mins hitting / 20 mins defense (breakdown variation can change based on individual preference)
* Defensive work can be position specific, or numerous positions if so desired
* Hitting work will entail age appropriate breakdown drills, and anything specific the individual wants to work on
